EVENT START: HARVEST FESTIVAL

The Harvest Festival has begun! All info on the event can be found in this news post. From now until October, exclusive event trait items, pets, etc. can be obtained in the Event Shop and Ko-Fi Shop. This festival is really just about food... I hope you're all ready to have some FEASTS!

Harvest season

Harvest Season has arrived! Which means: new traits and pets have rotated in! All new seasonal items can be found in Maple Magic or on Ko-Fi, and will be available from now until the end of Harvest Season (December 1st).

Seasonal Site Theme
Craft the Harvest Palette using this season's Paint Bottles (Carrot, Pumpkin, Vermillion, Chestnut, Lumber, Chocolate) to obtain a cozy, autumnal site theme! Crafting recipes for the Harvest Palette and Harvest Pigment items can be found in Maple Magic for 1KC and 0KC, respectively.

New Prompts

A new set of monthly prompts have rotated in! Come check out this month's prompts: Sweater Weather, More Mushrooms, and Wood Carving !

NEW Arrivals!

a new art style...

As you may have noticed, there is quite a lot of new art around the site! Eventually, all ARPG assets will be redone in this style for the aesthetic overhaul, which is scheduled for November.

The overhaul will include: new default site themes, a new site icon/meta tag, new user role colors, new trait rarity colors, and new artwork everywhere! I hope that this overhaul will give the ARPG more of a fantasy-RPG feeling, and better reflect Faia's main lore of light vs. wither through the new color palette (wink wink purple)...

Below are some notable changes to item artwork you should be aware of!

• Potions now come in 4 different base-shapes (as shown above) to easier distinguish which species they are applicable to. Note that not all potion artwork has been redone yet, apologies for the temporary confusion!
• Paint Bottles are now Paint Swatches.
• Pet Carriers are now drawn as cardboard boxes.

miscellaneous

1) Community worldbuilding events (similar to The Flora of Faia) will resume next year due to all of the upcoming big releases (babies in October, aesthetic overhaul in November, Serpent's Glade in December, Anniversary MYO event in January)!

2) Results for the Teeny Tiny Dancers activity will be posted on Discord within the week!

3) The Ko-Fi shop has restocked to contain all new Harvest Seasonal and event items!
