Niverling

Sky Island

Niverling

Niverling is a small, altogether insignificant sky island, its surface composed of glittering salt flats. It has only a singular feature of note: a pristine lake that dominates the majority of the island. With surprisingly clear waters, this lake reflects its surroundings with perfect clarity, almost seeming to merge into the sky when viewed at certain angles. The lake’s waters feed two rivers that cascade off the island’s edge, flowing down onto Norden and quickly freezing into ice.
