Pavouna

Sky Island

pavouna

Like a massive, floating coral reef, Pavouna’s surface is filled with coral structures, shallow pools of water, and iridescently shimmering flora. The air is thick with a gentle humidity, mirroring the conditions of an underwater world. In fact, due to these striking parallels with Faia’s oceans, Pavouna has become a vital site for scholars and marine biologists. The island’s ocean-like flora, fauna, and atmosphere allows for marine research to be conducted without needing to brave the perilous depths of the ocean.
