Norden is a land of eternal frost. Even during Bay Season, the island maintains its freezing temperatures and glacial lakes. However, beneath the frozen surface, explorers have discovered an underground labyrinth of caves and waterfalls, with weathered carvings that hint at the presence of an ancient civilization. The undergrounds have also yielded a wealth of crystal deposits, allowing local Faians to forge new crystal-made weapons and tools unmatched in all aspects. The resulting wealth from their crystal and forged exports has created a cycle of prosperity, facilitating further exploration into the island’s cryptic depths.
