Chasing lightbugs

Draw or write about a Faian watching or trying to catch lightbugs.

During the warm nights of Bay Season, the tall grasses of meadows begin to flicker with the soft glow of lightbugs. These insects are attracted to the blessed light of Faians, often following travelers home like tiny lanterns. While young Faians often try to catch them in glass jars to keep as bedside nightlights, the lightbugs usually find their way back to the fields by morning.

I tried to keep one in a jar once, but it looked so lonely without its family. Now I just bring them heartleaf moss and we have a little party in the meadow instead!
