[RR] Lantern Crafting

While most Faians arrive at the Reef with their lantern prepared, some opt to newly craft their lantern with materials they find upon arrival, in order to make the tradition feel more meaningful. With the increasing popularity of this trend, several workshops have been established around the beaches of Lylluna, specifically to facilitate lantern crafting.
