Bloom Festival

Event Duration: 3/1/26 - 3/31/26

After a long season of hardship, the arrival of Bloom Season is widely celebrated across the Realm. During the annual Bloom Festival, Faians express their gratitude towards the land and the resources it provides through various seasonally-themed activities, many of which involve helping others. Each village holds their Festival separately with different traditions, but there are several universal Festival activities, such as the communal garden and balloon rides.

In many villages, it is common to to send and receive gift baskets full of native plant seeds (after making sure they won't become invasive in their new environment...), in order for each island's residents to truly appreciate the diversity of Faian flora. Faian fauna plays a large role in the Festival as well, as Faians go to great lengths to ensure the local wildlife continues to thrive after Frost Season. All in all, the Bloom Festival can look very different depending on each village and island, but regardless, it is a time for Faians across the Realm to come together and appreciate the bounty of their lands.

Collect [bf] Figurines

There are 13 collectibles in the Bloom Festival Figurines collection, obtained at random from Bloom Festival Figurine Boxes. Boxes can be purchased from the Event Shop, Ko-Fi Shop, and also drop from Event Prompts!

NOTE: Once you've completed the collection, you don't need to keep your Figurines! They can be resold from your inventory for 50 wisps.

Verdant runestone

Completing the Bloom Festival Figurines collection will award you with the Verdant Runestone! This Runestone, combined with the 3 other Seasonal Event Runestones, will grant access to the Serpent's Glade and bonus ARPG content.

💐 The Flora of Faia 💐

Community Worldbuilding mini-Event

In Community Worldbuilding Mini-Events, you all get to contribute your ideas to become canon! The Flora of Faia focuses on designing flora based on the established information on islands' terrain, climate, and concept artwork. Trees, flowers, mushrooms, fruits and veggies, or even completely fantastical plants... your imagination is the limit here!

You can design flora for any of these selected islands! There is no limit on how many entries you can make.

Kal

A great sky island of periwinkle soil, soft pink flower fields, swirling violet mists... and the foggy Northern Whitelands.

The Prismatic pass

A whimsical and daydream-like haven, its charming landscapes entwined with the island’s playful, magical essence.

OROVA

A small, tranquil sky island, characterized by its rocky pink terrain and sandy central plateau.

Entries are judged on visual creativity, environmental cohesiveness, and lore quality. We recommend checking the linked World Expanded pages for each island to familiarize yourself with their specific themes before designing!

Designing Your Entry

1) Digitally Drawn Reference: The reference only needs to show the fully-grown plant, although showing its growth cycle can contribute to your entry's creativity factor!

2) Plant Name: Every plant nees a name! For inspiration, see existing Flora entries.

3) Optional Aspects: Unique properties, practical uses, lore, etc. can make your entry more interesting! Generally, the more specific the better. For inspiration, see existing Flora entries.

Submit entries to the Flora Event Gallery (one post per plant). In the description, please fill out the following form:
