Practical uses: the inner stem and petals are used to make a few different skin care products, while the bottom part is used in cooking, as it's an onion 

Unique properties: In the petals grow seeds once the plant is mature and at its best quality, the seeds have fully formed now expecting some creature to come by it to pull it out to eat, letting the seeds fall out and grow new seedlings in new grounds 

Blurb/lore: The plant comes in common colours of pink, blue, and orange and in rarer shades of purple, green, and yellow. In early years, it was believed that the golden petaled version of the plant (that being the yellow coloured once) was richer in flavor and more potent in skin care use but reality as now known is they are as good as any normal version of the plant, and the myth was forged from merchants seeking to sell more of their produce
