Plant Name: Beads of the shore

Home Island: Lylluna

Practical uses: Used in Water breathing spells! They don't really last long.

Unique properties: Petals make a Psuedo-shell, crusteans use them as temporary shells when they wilt. Seeds look like Pearls, (they are not actual pearls). Found only at the edge of shores, willt instantly wilt if the shores receed.

Old tales say the Beads of the Shore came to be after a Sea-based Faian wasted the last of her tears at the shore of Lylluna Reef after hearing her lover was lost at Sea. Simply vanishing with the receeding shore, all that was left was this melancholic flower as a symbol of yearning and lost. 

Some group withing Lylluna Reef use this in water "burials" or when a member of their group goes off to travel.
